1 Year Update!

Hi Blog Fans!!

Guess what? I turned ONE a few weeks ago! Wow, that sure went fast!!

Mommy says that she is going to update my blog more often. She's been updating things on her facebook but seeing as I'm a little too young for facebook, we'll be sure to update more often here as well! Let's start this update off with some stats: I'm 21 pounds and 31.5 inches tall...

This has been a great year of life so far. I feel very loved by everyone….thank you family for making me feel so special all the time!

Hello and Welcome to my blog!

You may be wondering how a preschooler has a blog. Well, I've had it since birth and if you know anything about me, you know I have enough drive and personality to accomplish the impossible. So, in the grand scheme of things, doing the blog thing is a walk in the park.

If you'd like to learn more about me, check out "Random Things About Me." As for my family, I am the youngest of three.

First, there's my Daddy! Daddy is lots of fun, he was the first one I played a game with. When I was just a month old, he would stick his tongue out and I'd stick mine out back at him. We've been playing games ever since. There's tickle man, go go go, and the ever famous, "Sack of Potatoes"

Mommy, The Entertainer, I spend lots of time with her. In fact, now that I go to school in Annapolis we even commute together. This means she knows every word to all of my toddler CD's and audio books. 10 hours of commuting is a LONG time and we do that every week.

I have a sister and a brother, they are much older than me...maybe that's why they cherish me so.

Story of the Week

Hi All,

Those of you who know me well understand my love of stories and how I fancy having my favorites retold again....and again....and again! Therefore, I thought it ever so appropriate that I capture these via my blog to share with all of you, my fans!

Sack of Potatoes:

Every night Daddy trys to steal the "sack of potatoes" (that's me!) Mommy and I hide lots of places and I am sooooo quiet while listening to daddy look for me. Sometimes we hide under the covers, in the closet, on Sissy's steps, we even hid in the shower once! When Daddy finds me, I squeal with delight!

Random Things About Me!

The Animals is my favorite board game. I love the panda, he's holding a microphone
Is it possible to live off of frozen yogurt? We keep TCBY and Yogi Castle in Business
If I had a theme song it would be, "I like to move it"
I've never met a book I didn't like!
I'm pretty sure I'm in Chick Fil A more than that happy cow, considering he gets paid to be there, you can see how this might be an issue
I'm happiest when I'm running free and wild, I should have been born to a pack of cheetahs!
I love the park, I scope out parks wherever we go. I do not, however, like swings!
I know the lyrics to almost every Mickey Clubhouse song
I have to take lots of medicine for my allergies, daddy gives me reese pieces for sitting still. They are my favorite candy (shhhh, don't tell mommy I eat them!)
I have a brother, Andrew, he is a basketball star. I have a sister, Wittney, she is a super model
I enjoy hearing the same story over and over...and over and over.
I compete against my crazed self to win prizes from a treasure chest-all in the name of good listening
I can name all of the parts of the toilet, I appreciate that Elmo uses one, but I have no interest for personal use
I am obsessed with blow-up lawn decor
I am a pizza connoisseur
Everynight before bed, I choo choo boogie to various parts of the house, saying goodnight to my favorite things
Carlos is my blanket, rather than sleeping next to him, I sleep on top of him
Boy do I know how to extend a bedtime routine!
